At Esencia Salon and Spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Contact our guest services team via email or visit the spa front desk with your original order number and the reason for your return.
Package Your Items
Ensure the product is securely placed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit, including any promotional samples received.
Shipping or Drop-off
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it at any authorized carrier location, or simply bring it directly to our salon location.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our specialists inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a spa credit within 5-7 business days.
